After holidaying in Metung for decades, Richard and his wife Felicity moved to Metung to open their successful restaurant ‘The Metung Galley’. After 8 years they sold the restaurant and Richard returned to his earlier career in the real estate industry, joining the Metung Sales Team in April 2017.

Living and working in Metung, Richard enjoys a great relationship with the locals and with families that holiday here. Richard is kept busy in his spare time with his three children and is an active member of the Metung CFA and community groups. He loves to spend time entertaining family and friends, especially out boating on the Gippsland Lakes.
Richard has a very friendly easy-going personality but has a very fair but firm manner when required in negotiations. With over 6 years experience in the Metung office, including 4 as Branch Manager, Richard has achieved exceptional results, being awarded Gold, Platinum and finally Diamond Status for sales achieved and service provided. ‘Professionalism’ and ‘getting the job done’ are some of the quotes that have been attributed to his real estate performance from both Vendors and Purchasers.

After 31 years as a Commercial Builder Ian made the move from Melbourne to Metung and has lived there since 2003.  His love and passion for the region led him to operate a Holiday Accommodation and Tourism business in Metung and became heavily involved in several Tourism and Business Groups in East Gippsland.

Ian’s experience in the Tourism industry has provided him with great knowledge of the local area.

Ian’s focus on building relationships is where he shines and why clients warm to him quickly.  “Moving into real estate was a natural progression for me to once again enjoy the interaction with the people and businesses in East Gippsland”, Ian explains.

When Ian has some free time you’ll find him out on the boat or his new adventure hovercrafting, socialising with friends and spending time with his 4 children and 5 grandchildren.

Kim has over 20 years’ experience in office administration and customer service, including approximately 10 years in the real estate industry.  She thoroughly enjoys her current role as Sales Assistant and loves the variety and responsibility that her role offers in a small but busy office and is very much a team player, supporting the sale staff with all aspects of each sale.  Kim ‘loves where she lives’ in Metung with her husband and children.  Kim’s talent for photography is an asset when it comes to marketing, but mostly something she enjoys in her spare time, along with spending time with her family, camping, boating and her latest love, paddle boarding.
